Constellation Intensive with Wilfried Nelles in Bruges
We all live in a different world, each in our own, and none of these worlds is reality. We argue about what is right, what must be done, what must not be done or what is the „truth“ because everyone sees the world and life differently and thinks their view is the right one. Every person that looks at the world sees something different. Each perspective is different. No view is wrong, but each is incomplete.
We live in a turbulent world. Our leaders are failing us, our natural environment is becoming exhausted, as are we, and our contacts are becoming increasingly polarised. We are fighting an exhausting battle with a virus. War, the phenomenon that we supposed had disappeared from our regions, is back. Our ideologies are failing us.
In his book and in his constellation work, Wilfried Nelles sketched the development of the human soul and of consciousness. From the embryo to the elderly, from the expulsion from paradise to modern society.
He creates a map of human life that leads to a new psychology that goes beyond the meaninglessness of modernity. He brings us into contact, not with more factual knowledge or other spiritual traditions, but with our greatest teacher, reality.

About Wilfried Nelles
Wilfried started his professional career as a researcher and university teacher in Political Science and Sociology. In his late thirties he left the academic field and studied and practiced in Humanistic Therapy and Meditation.
After meeting Bert Hellinger he worked as a Family Constellator for about 15 years before he developed his own and unique approach of Phenomenological Psychology and Life Integration (2008). He is teaching all over Europe, in China, and other East Asian countries.
Wilfried has published 14 books on systemic subjects which are translated into 10 languages. Together with his son Malte Nelles, he is the founder and director of the Nelles Institute for
Phenomenological Psychology and Life Integration in Nettersheim, Germany.

Stephanie + Coen are inviting you
Stephanie studied Fine Arts and worked as a painter for 13 years before she studied Business
Administration and started a consultancy for Systemic Branding. In 1997 she came across
constellation work in the organisational field. In the following years, she passed several educations in Systemic Constellation Work, Systemic and Spiritual Coaching and Gestalt Therapy.
Stephanie has written 8 books on systemic subjects. She is the founder and director of FELD INSTITUT, offering programs for Systemic Organisational Development, and also training in Systemic /Family and in Organisational Constellation Work.
From 2019-2022, Stephanie was the Vice-Chair of ISCA, International Systemic Constellations Association, and the head of the ISCA Dutch-Flemish Chapter.
She lives and works in Cologne, Germany and Bruges, Belgium.
Coen Aalders is an experienced Dutch change and transition executive, a consultant and coach. He started his career as an officer in procurement in the Royal Netherlands Navy. He holds master degrees in law and organisational psychology (INSEAD) and is trained in systems constellations and the Life Integration Process with Wilfried Nelles in Germany and in Theory U at MIT.
He has a track record in organisational development, mergers, culture change and crises in the private and (mainly) public sector, and worked nationally and internationally. He worked, amongst others, as a country director with the French technology consulting company Devoteam, as director of the Dutch Land Registry and city manager of several cities.
Besides his Consultancy in Organisational Development, Coen works as a Phenomenological Therapist and Constellator in Family and Organisational Constellations and the Life Integration Process (LIP). He is also the founder and director of the Nelles Institute in the Netherlands.

Cancellation
• Cancellation of your registration is only free of charge until 10 December 2022
• After 10 December 2022 half of the training fee is due.
• After 20 December 2022 cancellation of your registration will not be possible.
