Alfa Barbara Cawelius
Als ausgebildete Physiotherapeutin und studierte Bildungswissenschaftlerin startete Alfa ihre berufliche Laufbahn als leitende Therapeutin und Ausbilderin bei der kommunalen Behörde Landschaftsverband Rheinland (LVR).
Von dort wechselte sie in die leitende Personalentwicklung in der Privatwirtschaft bevor sie sich schließlich vor dem Hintergrund weiterer Aus- und Weiterbildungen als Beraterin und Coach selbstständig gemacht hat.
Bei der erfolgreichen Begleitung von Change Prozessen arbeitet Alfa vor dem Hintergrund neurowissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse.
In diesem Kontext hat sie ihre besondere Expertise im Bereich Agilität auf- und ausgebaut und berät heute als zertifizierte SCRUM MASTER und AGILE BERATERIN.

As a qualified physiotherapist and with a degree in educational sciences, Alfa spent her first professional years working for a municipal authority (Landschaftsverband Rheinland, LVR) as a senior therapist and trainer.
This was followed by a period as a human resources manager in the private sector before she turned to the field of consulting and coaching against the backdrop of further numerous continuing education courses.
When consulting in change processes, Alfa is particularly guided by the findings of neuroscience.
In this context she has also built up and expanded her expertise as a certified "Agile Consultant" and "Scrum Master".
Alfa, born in 1961, lives in Cologne.
